A MESSAGE FROM MATTEO
(THE "AZROCKY GUY")

Greetings & Salutations to all Fans, Friends and Fellow ROCKY Freaks in Arizona (and beyond!)
Matteo here. Many of you know me as the guy behind pretty much every ROCKY show and event in the Valley since, well, forever; as well as the historian and archivist for all things ROCKY in Arizona.
ROCKY has been an important part of my life for MOST of my life; I love it and I've given everything I have to give and more to keep it alive in the Valley. But life is a funny place, and it has a habit of throwing curve balls in your direction, whether or not you expect them-and whether or not you are ready for them.
And so, at this time, due mainly to personal, family and other circumstances beyond my control, I must regretfully announce my retirement from running any ROCKY cast, as well as my general withdrawal from regular, active involvement in the ROCKY HORROR scene.
Other folks have taken the ROCKY ball and are running with it, and I wish them all the success they deserve. But for the foreseeable future, I must focus on other things.
But fear not! Though it's not affiliated with or run by any specific AZ cast, this site WILL remain as a source of info for ROCKY news and events in Arizona, as well as the history of ROCKY in the state.
And don't be surprised if you see (and hear!) me at future shows, as I DO plan to put in an occasional appearance here and there. (Once it's in the blood...it's hard to resist the occasional ROCKY fix!)
I don't know what the future may hold, though as I said, I won't disappear completely, or forever. I just need a break to deal with some of those curve balls.
It's been an awesome responsibility, and privilege, to be "The Rocky Guy" in the Phoenix area for so long-a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears; I've loved, lost and sacrificed more than anyone will ever know, all to keep the ROCKY flame burning.
But I've been rewarded not only with wonderful friends, great experiences and fantastic opportunities, but with the best audience-and castmembers-anyone could ever ask for. From the bottom of my heart, I love and thank you all.
So until we meet again, remember-always watch your step when doing the Time Warp, and sweet dreams & erotic nightmares to all!
